Rules and Regulations

At Black Leopard Kung-Fu Do, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of discipline, respect, and integrity. All members and students must adhere to the following rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of rank, grade, or membership.

1. Respect and Courtesy:

  • All members and students must show the utmost respect to Sifu (Teacher), Instructors, and the public.
  • Courtesy and decorum are paramount in all interactions, both within and outside the dojo.

2. Punctuality and Discipline:

  • Members and students must be punctual for all classes and training sessions.
  • Discipline is the cornerstone of our practice; all members must adhere to the structured guidelines of our training environment.

3. Non-Political Association:

  • Members and students must not engage in any form of political activity or association while representing Black Leopard Kung-Fu Do.
  • Our focus is on martial arts and personal development, free from any political affiliations.

4. Public and Legal Conduct:

  • Any complaint from the public or police regarding the conduct of a member will lead to immediate cancellation of membership.
  • Members are expected to uphold the highest standards of behavior in all public settings.

5. Prohibition of Foul Language and Illicit Relationships:

  • The use of foul language or engagement in illicit relationships among members is strictly prohibited.
  • Respectful and professional behavior is mandatory at all times.

6. Prohibition of Alcohol and Drugs:

  • Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substances is strictly forbidden for all members and students.
  • Maintaining a clear mind and healthy body is essential for effective training and personal growth.

7. Attendance Requirements:

  • Continuous absence for 15 days without prior notice to the Teacher or Instructor will result in the cancellation of membership.
  • Consistent attendance is crucial for progress and mastery in martial arts.

8. Proper Use of Martial Arts Skills:

  • Members must learn and practice Kung-Fu as a sport and art, not for street fights or to demonstrate skills to the general public.
  • The martial arts skills acquired should be used responsibly and ethically.

9. Final Authority:

  • In all matters concerning trainees, the decision of the Chief Instructor of the School is final.
  • The Chief Instructor’s judgment is to be respected and followed without question.

These rules and regulations are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and effective training environment for all members and students. By adhering to these guidelines, we can collectively uphold the values and principles of Black Leopard Kung-Fu Do, fostering a community of dedicated martial artists who exemplify discipline, respect, and excellence.
